Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of your UK yet. 

 

Who will be delivering my parcel?  

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Tracked 48 as our delivery service to help give you piece of mind you are able to see updates with your parcel. 

 

How much is your delivery service? 

We charge £4.99 for our delivery or if you spend over £100 delivery is free. 

 

When will my parcel arrive? 

We try to stock as many of our products as we can but unfortunately due to offering so many different items we are unable to stock everything. All our in stock items have a 1-3 working day processing time and then delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Other products can take up to 30 working days but we strive to deliver them as soon as possible and can be delivered within a week if possible. Please keep an eye on your emails and we will send you a dispatch email as soon we dispatch your items and then they should take around 3 working days to arrive. 

 

Can I have order quicker

Some items have longer delivery times but we are able to deliver quicker. please give us a email before placing an order and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

 

Why are some items so long to deliver? 

Unfortunately we are unable to stock all the items we sell due to limited space in our office. Therefore some items we have to order in when an order is placed which obviously prolongs delivery time, however this is stated at checkout. In order to make this time a bit smaller we have bulk ordered some of our most popular items or colours in stock.

 

I have placed an order for 4-7 working day turnaround with some longer delivery items why haven't my items arrived yet? 

We try to deliver all our items at the same time rather than in different batches therefore the shorter delivery items will be delivered with the longer delivery items. If you want some items sooner, you will need to place 2 different orders.

 

Oh No! I have made a mistake. Can I change it? 

Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

 

Am I able to have a different design on my product?

Of course not a problem! Please email us at info@gibbosgifts.co.uk BEFORE you place your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

 

I haven't received my order confirmation?

Sometimes emails from us will automatically go into your "junk" or "spam" email folder. Please check these folders and if you still can't find your confirmation email  contact us and we’ll check your order on our system. We’ll re-send the confirmation email to you, so you’ll know your order has been processed.

Please contact us before reordering your personalised gift in case the first order has already been processed - we don’t want to charge you twice!
